Construction Estimator (US Construction Firm, WFH)

Do you have at least 2 years of experience in construction estimating?

Do you have experience working on public works or government construction projects?

Are you experienced in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and bid documents?

Do you have hands-on experience performing quantity takeoffs and preparing cost estimates?

Have you used estimating software such as Procore, BuildingConnected, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar platforms?

Are you proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for organizing bid and estimate data?

Can you rate your English communication skills, both written and verbal?

Are you willing to work on a night shift schedule (12:30AM to 8:30AM Manila Time)?
