Implementation Consultant- Saas

A global business headquartered in the UK, this technology organization employs over 2400 people and has a suite of products encompassing Human Capital Management (HCM), Spend Management, Financial services and more.
  
Globally they have some of the most well known brands as long time clients. Over the past few years they have streamlined their product suite and focussed on providing software that makes a significant difference to their client base.
  
They are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant to join the team.


Now, let’s talk about the job:

This is an Implementation Consultant position where you will run ensure that customers are technically onboarded correctly and practically educated to ensure a great customer experience.

Your customer base will typically be across government (local and state), organisations with large field based workforces (eg mining, logistics) or education.

The business overall is both onboarding brand new customers as well as migrating existing customers from on-premises to cloud based solutions. You’ll need to be comfortable with both types of implementation.

The job has elements of project management, business analysis and customer management (as you would expect!). You will be supported by a manager who has been in the business for years and is committed to creating excellent customer experience through robust processes.


You: 

In some businesses you will be titled an Implementation Consultant, or you could be a Professional Services Consultant. Hey, you might even be a Presales Solution Consultant who has worked with clients post sale!

You’ve got some experience- ideally 4-7 years in implementing saas products to mid market clients. Ideally, you’ve handled workforce management systems, payroll products or ERP solutions.

You’re a great communicator- both verbally and in writing! You can set and manage expectations, keep stakeholders to a time and a task and are not flustered when there is scope creep OR shock horror unplanned events threaten to disrupt an implementation. You have excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.

You work well with your manager. When you need help, you ask for it! When you uncover information, you share it with the team. You are proactive and positive and want to bring your best efforts to work.
  
People with implementation experience with workforce management solutions are of key interest for this role.
