About the Role:
We are seeking a technically strong Business Analyst to join a small, agile squad managing finance modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking Reconciliation, Receiving & Invoicing) within a highly customised Oracle ERP environment. You will support key initiatives including integrating new payment methods and rebuilding the commercial customer platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders (Program BA, Finance teams, Credit teams, Solution Architects) to gather and define requirements.
• Map data between internal systems and third-party vendors.
• Analyse and update web services and backend architecture integrations.
• Interpret and work directly with SQL tables and database structures.
• Assist in reconciling payments with third-party payment providers.
• Support initiatives around Accounts Receivable, banking, commercial invoicing, and dispute resolution processes.

Required Experience:

• Strong experience with Oracle ERP financial modules (Accounts Payable, Receivables, Invoicing).
• Experience working with heavily customised ERP systems.
• Advanced SQL skills (querying, interpreting tables, procedures).
• Hands-on experience with web services and backend data integrations.
• Strong data mapping skills between internal and external systems.
• Previous experience in a technical BA role, particularly backend-focused (not UI-heavy).

Soft Skills:

• Strong collaboration skills – comfortable working closely with developers, QA, product owners, and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
