Business Analyst (Contract)
We’re looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Business Analyst to join a high-performing Agile product team. You’ll be working across two exciting initiatives with different stakeholders and product owners. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a very strong development team, so we’re after someone who can match that level of energy and drive.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Electronic Shelf Label Solution
  Work closely with a diverse stakeholder group including marketing and product. This is a high-pressure, business-critical initiative with tight timelines. 
• React Application 
  Partnering with a different PO and L&D stakeholders, you’ll work closely with devs to gather business needs and translate them into quality user stories and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to capture, clarify and prioritise business requirements.
• Write high-quality user stories, story maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Run or support sprint planning, retros, and quarterly planning sessions.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Validate deliverables against requirements and raise gaps early.
• Work across mobile, web and backend technologies (no hands-on coding expected).
• Support facilitation when the squad lead is unavailable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Min 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience as a BA working closely with high-performing development teams.
• Comfortable working across multiple initiatives and switching context.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail – not afraid to call out issues or clarify uncertainty.
• Able to operate independently and take ownership of business requirements.
• Team-first mindset – you’ll be joining a genuinely collaborative group.
• A ‘doer’ – someone who takes initiative and drives outcomes.
