Technical Business Analyst We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a newly formed Platform Team, acting as a horizontal enabler across multiple business and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive platform success.
You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and strategic objectives. A key focus will be defining API specifications, data flows, and system integrations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize platform functionality. Additionally, you will develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process improvements to support agile development and ensure seamless execution.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead discussions that drive platform enhancements. You will support testing, risk assessment, and reporting initiatives, ensuring technical solutions are scalable and future-proof.

- Strong experience with API development, system integrations, and platform governance.
- Ability to lead and engage stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.

Mandatory Skills & Experience - 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst within a technical delivery environment.
- Experience working with APIs (RESTful), data flows, and system integrations.
- Strong background in requirement gathering, business process modelling, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience in Agile environments, working closely with developers, testers, and product teams.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
