Currently recruiting for a DevOps engineer to join an enterprise client starting on a 6 months day rate contract with a view to extend based in Melbourne.

In this role you will work across and support multiple squads within the technology teams with a solid focus on automating CI/CD flows as well as continuously ensuring quality and confidence in systems and applications.
 
Skills needed for this role:

• Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Solid Terraform experience for infrastructure as code
• Strong Ansible experience
• Familiar with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy
• Experience with Linux
• Proficient with Shell Scripting and Python
• Strong experience working with source control tools like git

Desirable skills

• GitOps experience
• Familiarity with Oracle products like WebLogic
• Experience working in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Experience automating change management processes
• Experience working with containers and Docker
• Experience with secrets management and the automation of password rotation
