Digital Business Analyst 

This product is a key customer engagement opportunity for our client, enabling customers to self-service their booking. This is a cross-functional squad and accountable for digital products supporting customers after making a booking on their website. The successful candidate will have a customer-centric mentality and responsible for defining user stories to achieve product vision and strategy. This role will need to be able to interpret data and develop insights with the aim of developing, supporting and continuously improving digital products within a defined customer domain. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Analyst to support the redesign of the dashboard. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand current processes, gather requirements, and translate them into high-quality user stories.

For the first three months, your key focus will be:
  • Gaining a deep understanding of existing systems and workflows.
  • Engaging with teams to document processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Defining and articulating new requirements into clear, structured user stories.
Must have
  • 6 + years’ experience as a business analyst
  • 3 + years’ experience in, and a passion for, agile ways of working
  • Experience working on customer facing products and in transformation
  • Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks and their methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, multivariate testing, process mapping, flow charting, continuous improvement, test automation and others
  • Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with logical and clear acceptance criteria, that are easily understood by designers, developers, testers and stakeholders
