Currently looking for an Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a large enterprise client based in Sydney starting with a 6-month rolling day rate contract.

This is a great opportunity to join an enterprise client in one of their digital teams as a Senior infrastructure engineer. There's some very interesting projects currently going on within the business some which are an Australian first!

Experience needed:

• Solid experience within engineering, development, and/or design.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems and experience with RedHat Ansible.
• Demonstrable scripting and/or coding experience to support the deployment of OS, Applications and Configurations to devices at the edge.
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure and service design, working with vendors and third parties to deliver desired outcomes at scale.
• Good understanding of networking.
• Disciplined approach to document creation and ability to reverse engineer and understand complex solutions.

Skills needed:

• Strong Linux operating systems experience including - RedHatLinux
• Solid Ansible experience
• RedHat Openshift knowledge (strong understanding of deploying containers)
• Scripting – Python, Bash,  PowerCLi (or similar)
• Splunk (or similar)
• Strong communication written and verbal
