Role Overview: As Agile Delivery Lead, you will spearhead the delivery of product backlogs, overseeing squads that work on initiatives that impact millions of customers weekly. You’ll work to ensure that the squads’ deliverables align with the Product Roadmap while facilitating smooth communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining transparency and ensuring continuous delivery progress, tackling dependencies, and proactively managing impediments to maintain momentum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide squads in delivering product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the product roadmap.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all squad activities, ensuring full visibility into progress, risks, and issues.
  • Drive the adoption of agile methodologies, ensuring best practices in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks are applied across the teams.
  • Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups, to ensure teams are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Actively work to identify and remove impediments to delivery, ensuring a smooth process and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage and track Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), ensuring proactive resolution and escalation where required.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years’ experience in agile delivery or as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
  • Experience working within technical teams, ideally with exposure to data services and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple squads simultaneously, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of each.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes stakeholders and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Adaptable, focused, and calm under pressure, with a deep understanding of agile principles and their application to real-world scenarios.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-squad dependencies and delivering on complex technical projects.
