What You'll Do
You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders across various projects, utilising your expertise to analyse, document, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions within an agile framework.

• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across different business units.
• User Story Development: Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, including personas, acceptance criteria, and testable scenarios (functional and non-functional).
• Backlog Management: Collaborate with the product team to build and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product strategy and prioritisation of user needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solution Assessment: Evaluate potential solutions, considering user needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
• Agile Practices: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in dynamic and complex settings, with expertise in eliciting, analysing, and
• Knowledge of REST APIs and various web service technologies.
• Skilled at decomposing complex business requirements into manageable, actionable tasks that integrate seamlessly with a microservices architecture.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Skilled in analysing intricate information, identifying key issues, and crafting practical and effective solutions.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in agile environments and a comprehensive understanding of its principles and frameworks.
• Adept in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for efficient project management and thorough documentation.
