About the Opportunity

Are you ready to work on cutting-edge solutions that redefine customer service? We are seeking 2 Senior Quality Engineers to join an innovative project for a leading financial institution.
This team is building a next-generation service that extends and enhances the organisation's current customer service platform.

In this role, you’ll be part of a highly agile and collaborative team tasked with solving complex testing challenges. This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to test systems where responses may vary, automate processes for short- and long-term impact, and contribute to a ground-breaking initiative within the financial services industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing tests for dynamic, non-deterministic systems where results may fall within acceptable ranges rather than being consistent.
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to create and enhance test automation frameworks.
• Driving innovation in testing strategies for complex projects, ensuring high-quality solutions in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Contributing to the automation strategy, using your expertise to deliver value in both immediate and future project stages.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of success in testing complex systems in product-based companies.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks; familiarity with tools like Karate, Cucumber or RestAssured is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python scripting to support test automation goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in response to challenging scenarios.
• Experience in agile environments and a collaborative mindset.
