By providing them with a software platform to offer the best possible solutions to their customers. We're talking about taking away the lengthy time it takes for administrative tasks, manual invoicing, spreadsheets upon spreadsheets for rostering, care plans, shift notes, expenses and more. They want time to be focused on the most important thing - providing high quality care to their clients.
and what is the the role exactly? As an outbound business development representative your primary focus will be to seek, follow up and engage with prospects by introducing and educating customers about the revolutionary software. You will conduct discovery calls to uncover paint points, manage leads in your pipeline and booking demos for your team of BDM’s - all whilst mapping your market and becoming an industry expert!

The office is located very close to public transport links in Northern Sydney so is easily accessible. They do offer a hybrid work environment so you have flexibility as well. Current arrangement is Work from office 3 days per week, 2 days from home.
About You - Previous new business phone-based sales experience
- Ability to start new conversations with new customers
- Fluent and articulate English communication skills
- Upbeat and enthusiastic approach - you love sales but you're not too sales-y (IYKYK)
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
