As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in this truly cutting-edge transformation, working at the intersection of technology and business to deliver a seamless experience for both agents and millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud.
  • Optimise the agent console for productivity with tools like Einstein for conversation summaries and recommended replies.
  • Support the migration from live chat to Salesforce in-app and web messaging.
  • Refine user stories, develop solutions, and ensure alignment with technical architecture and business goals.
  • Act as a pseudo-Solution Architect for epics and deliverables.
Ideal Experience:
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and flows (including omnichannel flows).
  • Hands-on work with in-app messaging, web integrations, or chatbots is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein productivity tools is a bonus.
