What You’ll Do as a Tech Lead:

Lead a small (4 developers), diverse team of web and app developers.
Drive solution design and hands-on development (around 50% of your time) for exciting new projects.
Collaborate across web, mobile, and API teams, leveraging your expertise in Node.js, React, GraphQL, and mobile understanding.
Provide strong technical leadership to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experience.

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in technical leadership, solution design, and coding.
Strong hands-on coding experience in web traffic-heavy environments and technologies like Node.js, React, and GraphQL.
Understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and API integrations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team-first environment.

Details:

Hybrid working (50% of your time in Sydney CBD office).
$1050 - $1100 per day.
2-stage interview process.
Start dates: Either 9th December or 13th January.
