• Guide and grow a talented team of engineers in an agile, collaborative environment (6-12 reports / 1-2 teams initially).
• Ensure technical excellence and delivery within a C# .NET software development environment.
• Drive delivery of high-quality, impactful code using DevOps and test-driven development practices.
• Shape team roadmaps, manage priorities, and build strategic solutions for complex challenges.
• Stay hands-on to help solve technical problems and mentor your team.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership of engineering teams (5+ members) in dynamic settings.
• Evidence of career progression from a programming background (C# .NET preferred).
• Deep experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• SaaS product development expertise.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and align priorities with organisational goals.
• Bonus: Experience with SecOps and security by design.

Tech Stack:

.NET (C#), Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL Server, Playwright, Datadog, Azure DevOps, GitHub.
