So where do YOU come in. The role is for those of you that would love to help customers secure their dream property and get it over the line. You will educate and confirm exactly how the service works and facilitate the bond process. You will build strong relationships with external partners, the internal team and the customers themselves.

  • You have an interest and are looking to take on the challenge of a scaling company in the the Real Estate Finance space. You take pride in providing a professional service, but are a strong communicator who isn't afraid of picking up the phone and having a prickly conversation every now and again.
  • You are someone who enjoys working in an environment that can be fast paced one moment and quieten down the next. You're just ready to spring into action when you need to.
  • The admin skills you've acquired over a number of years are on point -that keen eye for detail in time sensitive situations has put you in good stead before and will continue to do so.

You’ll proactively contribute to process improvement, and you're comfortable working with other internal and external stakeholders outside of your team. Importantly you will; have had that experience in previous roles working within phone based customer service and administration.
