THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-established tech startup on the brink of significant growth. With over a decade of innovation and a recent shift towards scaling up, they are looking to expand their engineering team substantially. Their leadership is driven by a strong focus on sales and product excellence.

THE ROLE

As a Technical Lead, you will join the core team to lead the development of a critical app. You will work closely with another tech lead and guide a team of 5-6 fullstack and frontend engineers, designers, and product managers.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Strong proficiency in .NET and Azure.
• Extensive experience with startups transitioning to scale-ups.
• Proven track record of handling tech debt and solving complex business problems.
• Experience with monolithic and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with back-end for front-end style development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective delivery of features.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering managers to shape architecture and deliver solutions.
• Improve code quality and streamline processes, addressing tech debt and business challenges.
• Design and build scalable and maintainable systems, transitioning from a monolithic to a more modular architecture.
