Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner for a critical ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation. This hybrid role combines the analytical depth of a Senior BA with the strategic oversight of a Product Owner to drive successful deployment and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision: Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow SPM, aligned with organizational goals and user needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and lead them through change management.
• Prioritization & Analysis: Lead feature prioritization and detailed analysis, balancing user needs with system capabilities.
• Communication & Leadership: Act as the key communicator between stakeholders and the team, ensuring clarity and progress.
• User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the user experience, ensuring solutions deliver value and effectively address challenges.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years experience as a Business Analyst. Minimum 2 years experience in a Product Owner role (or hybrid BA / PO). Must have experience in banking and financial services. 
• ServiceNow Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly in SPM, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects, with a focus on collaboration and value delivery.
