Preacta is looking for Recruitment Consultants to work across one of our tech verticals; Software Engineering, Project Services, Testing & QE, Data, Design, Product, DevOps and Infrastructure.

  • We're offering between a base of between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super - negotiable depending on experience

What's the general gist?
  • Advertise and market job vacancies
  • Interviewing, screening and reference checking candidates
  • Prepare candidates for interview with clients
  • Provide career and market advice to candidates
  • Arranging and negotiating salary packages, contract conditions and job offers
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and maintaining suitable networks
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating a strong business and candidate relationship to deliver recruitment solutions that meet your clients needs
  • Actively taking an interest and understanding in your client's business needs and requirement
  • Continue to develop your knowledge of the tech and digital market across our key verticals
What will make you fabulous in this role?
  • A minimum of 5 years end-to-end recruitment experience at an appropriate skill level, OR a relevant degree level qualification and two years of end-to-end recruitment consultant experience 
  • Strong commercial acumen, EQ and a natural ability to sell (in a non-transactional manner - we really value unquestionable integrity, ethical behaviour and good character!)
  • Positive and proactive approach with a strong team ethic
  • Drive and determination
