Recruitment consultant over being a recruiter? Read on...

You might be wondering why this job advert has been posted in the recruitment/hr section. Well its quite simple really. I'm looking to speak with 360 recruiters that might be looking to step away from agency recruitment and use their skills elsewhere.

Who this role could be for?

The role could well suit you as a recruiter as it involves getting on the phone and talking to business owners about how the platform can make their day to day lives easier, so they can concentrate on what they do best and that is providing their own service to their own customers.  You enjoy understanding business needs and rather than matching a person that could help those needs, you are offering a service that will help in other ways. 

What the company are looking for...
They are looking for people that are comfortable making outbound phone calls and talk to businesses for the first time. You will be able to set up your own follow up we demonstrations and ultimately sign up the customer to the service. 

If you have 6 months + previous outbound phone sales experience
 and have a growth mindset, you're definitely someone who they want to be speaking with. 

Why should you want to join them?

1) They are a young business with have incredibly high growth plans in Australia
2) The package on offer is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 (depending on experience) plus super on the base. However, their bonus structure is uncapped and realistically will earn you another $35k in bonuses during year 1. 
3) Genuine progression opportunities into management if that's where you would like to be longer term, or delve into other areas of the business as it grows.
