Scrum Master & Project Coordinator

The role:
The organisation is looking for a Scrum Master / Project Coordinator to support an operational team working on 3-5 year technology driven, business transformation pipeline. The organisation has recently implemented P360 as their product information management system and the scrum master / project coordinator will play a critical role in helping deliver projects which enhance their customers instore experience. 

  • Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Manage scrum of scrums to ensure coordination and communication between multiple scrum teams.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project adjustment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, track, and manage project dependencies and impediments, assisting teams in resolution.
  • Foster a collaborative culture and encourage team dynamics that motivate agile teams to achieve higher levels of performance and collective accountability.
  • Ensure teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
  • Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs.
  • Define and refine agile metrics to track team performance and improve team efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or similar certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master where scrum of scrums was required.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
  • Excellent skills of coaching, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and team building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
