Business Analyst

The Role:
The organisation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an innovative product team working on 3-5 year technology driven, business transformation pipeline. The organisation has recently implemented P360 as their product information management system and the Business Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing their product offerings and store experience through expert analysis and process design.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the product management team to refine and optimize product information management processes.
  • Analyze and design processes for micro and macro space management to improve instore layouts and customer shopping experience.
  • Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure accurate product data management and effective product placement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient data handling, quality control, and system integration with P360.
  • Prepare detailed reports on process performance, proposing adjustments and innovations based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
  •  Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst 
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a retail or related industry.
  • Must have experience with instore merchandising, process design, macro planning and micro planning.
  • Understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
