A global business headquartered in the UK, this technology organization employs over 1500 people and has a suite of products encompassing Human Capital Management (HCM), Spend Management Financial services and more.
Globally they have some of the most well known brands as long time clients.

With an office in Melbourne CBD, this specific role is focusing on their leading payroll and time in attendance software customer base in Australia.

They focus first on getting the right people in and trust those people to do the job.


The job- Mid-Market account manager.
This company has existing relationships within some 500 businesses that employ on average between 300-1000 people. The industries that these businesses operate in all have people who have field based jobs- think mining, manufacturing, healthcare and logistics among others.
Your role:
  • 80% of your role is focused on converting these existing customers from their on-premise solution (which they may have been using for up to 20 years) to the new, cloud based product
  • You’ll be speaking with CTOs, CFOs, HR Directors, Payroll Managers as well as General Managers
  • You’ll be converting these businesses to the new solution, and working to close 1-2 deals a month. An average deal size would be between $50k-$70k in ACV, and you’ll be meeting around 10 businesses per week.
  • 20% of your role is focused on new business development
  • Pay of up to $95,000 + super + commissions with an OTE of over $150k +
 
 
About you
  • Firstly- you are comfortable working in a job with financial targets next to your name.
  • You will see this as an awesome opportunity- the business is rolling out a great new product and it’s simply your job to convert
  • You’ll be a safe pair of hands! You’ll have confidence selling into or managing the accounts of business of a similar size- probably from working in the space for 5-7 years +
  • Payroll, HCM, HRtech or time in attendance technology experience is ideal
  • Understanding of industries that have a field based workforce is also advantageous
  • Happy to travel into an office in Melbourne CBD 3 times weekly
