Principal Site Reliability Engineer
Preacta are currently looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to join a large scale E-commerce business on a long term day rate contract based in Sydney.

About the role:

• Set up an Implement Site Reliability Engineering principals and best practices
• Create and roll out an SRE Framework to multiple squads + teams
• Support the Ops team in Identifying and Fixing the root cause of issues and create solutions to prevent future problems
• Lead the uplift of the SRE practices, improve automation and scripting to increase productivity 
• Establish monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to issues

What you'll need:

• Must have strong and proven experience in a Senior/Principal Site Reliability Engineering position
• Worked in .Net environments or have a .Net development background
• Extensive Kubernetes and Azure Cloud experience
• Knowledge on Observability tools (Ideally Dynatrace and Pagerduty)
• Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Github Actions
• Be a self-starter and increase productivity
