The Role:
The Senior Business Analyst will work across a number of initiatives focused on new capability, enhancements and continuous improvement.

• Analyse operational data to identify areas for enhancements, continuous improvement, and the implementation of new capabilities.
• Develop strategies and solutions to address operational disruptions and improve service reliability, focusing on ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimise operational workflows in response to disruptions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead initiatives aimed at implementing new capabilities and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will bring:

• 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst 
• The ideal candidate will have airline experience 
• Amadeus experience would be highly regarded 
• Agile/Scrum experience 
• MUST be able to command presence in workshops
• Strong stakeholder / vendor 
• Exceptional communicator 
• Exceptional vendor/stakeholder management
