First things first, they are a global insurer concentrating on travel insurance across the Australian market. With international travel back into full swing post pandemic, travellers are needing those all important travel insurance policies. From an industry obviously rocked by the pandemic, they are now full steam ahead and growing more quickly than ever before with plans to triple in size by this time next year. 

Who this role could be for?
Experience in a similar role isn't essential, it really is more important you have the soft skills and hunger to enter an industry with lots of reward for those who work hard. Traditionally previous team members have come from the following backgrounds: 

- Customer Service - Retail or Hospitality
- A new graduate with great communication skills looking to use them in a professional setting
- People from sales who are over cold calling and want to speak with people that want to be spoken to

What the company are looking for...
For this role they need a confident, articulate and detail orientated person with a light hearted and friendly nature. Someone that can be empathetic to different people's needs and guiding to them a product that will suit those same requirements.

Why should you want to join them?
1) They work in an idyllic Sydney city location where you will want to work from everyday. However, if you do like the flexibility to work from home absolutely you can on a hybrid model. 3 days from home and 2 in office each week. (Please be advised this is NOT a fully remote/fully work from home role)
2) The package on offer is $55,000.00 plus super on the base. However, their bonus structure is uncapped and realistically will earn you another $10k-$15k in bonuses on top. 
3) Genuine progression opportunities into management if that's where you would like to be longer term, or delve into other areas of the business as it re-grows.
