Digital Support Analyst

Their Digital Payments Squad plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and seamless operation of our digital products.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Support Analyst to join their Digital Payments Squad. The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with business partners, third-party organizations, and various digital teams to provide exceptional support for their digital products, ensuring a superior customer experience. This role is crucial in maintaining a robust and reliable digital ecosystem within a complex environment.
Essential Skills
  • 3+ years’ experience as a support analyst
  • 1+ years’ experience in, and a passion for, agile ways of working  
  • Tertiary qualifications in a logical and/or analytical discipline such as economics, business, IT, engineering
  • Investigate, track and resolve technical product and software issues including raising and management of defects and solution documentation.
  • Diligence and commitment to seeing queries through to full resolution
  • Methodical approach to problem-solving with very high attention to detail
  • Experience with, and comfort using, collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence to document and manage stories and other documentation
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Proven ability to understand and comply with legal, regulatory or corporate stipulations 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can effectively manage customer expectations
  • Proven ability to grasp applications and business processes
Nice to have
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills including the identification of trends for issues and action plans to mitigate
  • Assist users with troubleshooting and self-service
  • Ability to develop and maintain user-guides, internal knowledge articles and product documentation
