This leading Australian financial services organisation (not a big 4) has embarked on on a greenfield project to help build out their cloud Platform Solution. Working in the project team you will be a key enabler for the analysis, design, development and operationalisation of solutions on Cloud to enable key strategic projects.

The Role:
Is responsible for analysing stakeholder needs from end-to-end, engaging internal and external stakeholders through various facilitation techniques and providing high quality, fit for purpose business & technical requirements and artefacts – including, business requirements, user stories with clear acceptance criteria, functional specifications, business process models, Cloud Framework processes and operational ready Cloud Service documentation.

• Work with impacted stakeholders to perform deep dives, discovery, and gap analysis on the As-Is / To-Be state of cloud centric solutions, allowing for effective review by team members and impacted stakeholders
• Liaise with assigned Project Managers, Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts for prioritisation, elicitation and analysis of new business requests
• Analyse and map process flows and system data flows and associated life cycle events
• Write high quality user stories and acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional/technical requirements
• Present and clearly articulate user stories and other business requirements to a wide audience including architects, solution designers, engineers, testers, DevOps, vendors and key stakeholders
• Review and contribute to specific test scenarios and the overall Test Strategy
• Liaise with IT solution providers (internal & external) on progress and problem resolution
• Work with Change Management to ensure a smooth implementation and transition phase

Also helpful:

• Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
• Demonstrated strong technical skills (Previous experience in technology roles highly regarded)
• Knowledge of industry messaging standards, cloud platforms, products and migrations
• Experience with vendor management and communications
• Comfort working within a matrix structure
• Experience working with Change Management and influencing user behaviour
• Experience in working in a regulated environment
