The objective of this newly established team is to evolve their clients energy offering to ensure they continue to meet the ongoing needs of their customers and deliver an offering that best leverages marketplace opportunities as they arise.  Working in a fast moving team, you will have the opportunity to deliver some exciting new initiatives. This role will be responsible for the development of delivery plans and cost estimates for the initiatives, ensuring the early identification of delivery issues as well as managing dependencies between initiatives. 

Responsible for the following:

• Delivering a new marketing automation comms platform (high profile project)
• Working with an off shore Accenture CRM team (MS Dynamics) to deliver enhancements / new functionality that support multiple projects across the Energy program.
• Deliver other projects such as the implementation of a new system to support our Wholesale energy business (in RFP stage)

Skill set & experience:

• The DL needs to have excellent stakeholder management as they will be working closely with their business team and the IT Delivery leads
• CRM / MS Dynamics experience – they will be working closely with the Accenture delivery teams, managing the development and release of new functionality.
• Energy experience would be a plus
• Vendor management experience
• RFQ and vendor selection experience
• Collaborative approach
• Ability to manage multiple feature deliveries and communicate the delivery roadmap clearly to stakeholders
• General delivery skills including risk and issue management, financial management, reporting etc
