An opportunity exists for a Senior Business Analyst to join the organisation and be a key enabler for the analysis, design and development of solutions across the Data and Integration team. This is a chance to evolve, improve and extend existing data centric solutions, plus introduce new concepts to improve business process effectiveness and minimise risk.

This role will be providing business analysis services on a Netezza project which is a ‘lift and shift’ from the current Netezza infrastructure to google. This role will require:

• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a hybrid waterfall and agile environment 
• ability to create and present visuals to promote shared understanding
• Proven experience in ETL or Data Migration projects 
• Working with impacted stakeholders to perform deep dives, discovery, and gap analysis on the As-Is / To-Be state of data centric solutions, allowing for effective review by team members and impacted stakeholders

What you will bring:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst delivering in a technical environment 
• Ideally come from a software or engineering background
• Strong data capability (integration) 
• A curious and inquisitive mindset is mandatory 
• Exceptional communication skills
