This Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and a proven track record of delivering technical projects on time (and within budget), and bring expertise and experience to help shape a modern technical delivery capability.

You will be accountable for feature delivery across platform development lifecycles, anticipating and removing barriers along the way. Leading large, multi-disciplinary, cross platform feature deliveries, communication and collaboration are your strengths; you’ll need to be comfortable discussing technical solutions with engineers, resolving risks and issues with stakeholders, and with the senior leadership team to understand strategy and priorities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be accountable for feature delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Managing risks and issues hindering feature delivery
• Facilitate and communicate effective, timely decisions based upon priorities set
• Apply appropriate use of tools and levels of documentation, for consist, clear and concise communication 
• Apply appropriate levels of Agile delivery practice and ceremony facilitation
• Build relationships across the division to influence decisions, drive alignment and prioritisation
• Build relationships with Senior Leaders to facilitate the delivery of our highest priority features

What you’ll need to bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Delivery Manager role, in a software / technical organisation
• Experience delivering features spanning multiple teams in an Agile environment
• Experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of SCRUM and Kanban
• Knowledge of technical concepts and development processes
• Experience working in fast paced, fluid environments
• The ability to understand business strategy, product roadmaps and technical architecture
• To be a strong communicator and collaborator, who can influence at all levels
• To be able to demonstrate strong dependency management approach throughout delivery
• To be a natural leader; you will need to align and motivate teams end2end
