Joining Crystal Air as a qualified (RGI) maintenance plumber, you will work within the greater Dublin area on sites such as hotels and office buildings. The Role - Carry out the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and reactive/breakdown repair on mechanical systems and equipment. Boilers, pumps, vessels etc
- Provide service and customer support during field visits & installations
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test task
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with office and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
Skills & Experience - RGI/GID qualified Plumber
- Boiler servicing, repair and fault-finding experience
- Pump servicing, repair and fault-finding experience
- Good knowledge of all aspects of mechanical systems
- Experience of mechanical repairs in large scale commercial buildings
- 2+ years of experience working as a maintenance plumber within a commercial environment
- Basic electrical understanding and experience
- HVAC experience is advantageous but not necessary
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass is desirable
