The brand turns preventive health into a daily ritual that owners and pets look forward to. It is founder-led, Australian-made, and meat-first, positioned between treat and health, elevated and accessible, preventative and warm.
The business has over 700 stockists, national distribution through major pet speciality retailers, thousands of five-star reviews, a named vet credibility anchor, and eight years of product development behind the range. The online store is the largest single revenue stream. The next phase includes scaling paid social, supporting new brand launches, growing the cat business, and building toward international expansion.
RoleBell & Bone's content team is growing. This Content Creator role supports the launch of a new consumer brand currently in development. The new brand has its own customer, voice, and creative direction. This role is its primary content producer, building the social presence from the ground up, developing the brand's visual and tonal language through content, and working closely with the Creative & Performance Strategist to turn early creative testing into a consistent, growing channel. The role comes with ownership of the brand's social presence from day one, backed by the infrastructure, leadership, and resources of an established business.
The core purpose is to shoot, edit, and publish short-form content at scale that builds the new brand's social presence from launch and provides the marketing team with material to learn from, test, and scale.
Key responsibilities
- Produce content daily across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta, including filming, scripting, editing, and publishing, with a target of 1 to 3 Reels per day.
- Build the new brand's organic social presence from launch, developing its visual and tonal language with the Creative & Performance Strategist and Creative Lead.
- Shoot across studio, on-location, product, lifestyle, and community settings, capturing product stories, behind-the-scenes moments, customer stories, and real dog-parent moments.
- Write captions, hooks, and short-form scripts that feel warm, specific, and true to the brand voice.
- Repurpose footage into alternative edits, stories, and cross-platform versions to maximise the reach of each piece of content.
- Contribute to paid ad production on filming days, generating multiple concepts and variations for the Creative & Performance Strategist to test.
- Stay across trending audio, formats, and platform behaviour, and adapt them quickly and authentically.
- Track reach beyond the existing follower base, including shares, saves, and non-follower reach.
- Work closely with the other Content Creators as a collaborative team, sharing learnings and supporting each other's output.
Must-have criteria
- 2 to 4 years' experience in content creation, social media, or video production, ideally in-house or within a brand environment.
- Skilled in short-form video shooting and editing, with a portfolio showing platform-native content that earns reach. A portfolio is required.
- Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Able to script and write captions, including their own hooks and copy.
- A thorough understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Meta content formats, trends, and best practices.
- An affinity with pets and the pet-owning community.
