As a CSR, you’ll be the
face of our retail execution strategy, ensuring our products are perfectly represented in store. You’ll take ownership of in-store execution, from
shelf compliance to promotional displays, and build strong relationships with store teams and key contacts. This is a
flexible, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives working independently, loves attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job right.
Key Responsibilities: - Implement in-store product displays and point-of-sale materials according to brand guidelines
- Ensure shelf compliance, planogram layouts, and head office core ranging are correctly executed
- Identify recommended product ranging opportunities to maximise portfolio presence
- Drive merchandising and replenishment, ensuring display excellence
- Audit and report in-store activity using our mobile app
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders
- Support both compulsory and discretionary in-store activities
About You: - Previous experience in retail merchandising, brand representation, or field-based roles is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a high standard
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Effective communicator with confidence working independently
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to act on-the-go
- Own reliable transport and a smartphone
- Must be comfortable with travelling to near by locations (Kerikeri, Kaikohe)
